Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Industrial Fasteners, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at Rick.Steinke@valmont.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name-
- Invoice number-
-  line Item or serial /part number(s)
- Nature of the problem

Industrial Fasteners accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, Industrial Fasteners reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days with a stocking fee from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to :Industrial Fasteners on returned items, and Industrial Fasteners will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Industrial Fasteners discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies and some restock fees apply.  No returns on special orders-w/o prior approvals.
